1. Agreement to Terms Welcome to Aura Photo Science. These Terms and Conditions of Services (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “User,” “Applicant”) and Aura Photo Science (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website, auraphotoscience.com, and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of the Service Aura Photo Science provides an interpretive analysis of a person’s energetic profile based on a photograph submitted by the User. Our service includes:

  • The digital scanning of the submitted photograph using our proprietary technology.

  • The generation of an “Aura Analysis Report” (“Report”) containing initial findings about the User’s energetic state.

  • The delivery of this Report to the User’s provided email address and WhatsApp number.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, a valid WhatsApp number, your correct date of birth, and a clear, full photograph of yourself.

  • Photograph Rights: By submitting a photograph, you represent and warrant that you are the person in the photograph and/or have the full legal right and authority to submit this photograph for analysis.

  • Lawful Use: You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to use the service for any fraudulent or malicious activity.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Service Fee: The fee for the Aura Analysis Report is ₹100 (Indian Rupees). This fee is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment: Payment must be made in full via the provided QR code or payment gateway before any analysis is performed. Your application will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: The service fee of ₹100 is strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, the resources and processes for generating your report are initiated. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the results of the Report.

5. Service Delivery

  • Timeline: We will endeavor to deliver your Aura Analysis Report within 2 to 4 working days from the time of successful payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Method: The Report will be sent digitally to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide in the application form. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.

  • Estimates: The provided delivery timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume or technical reasons.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, the analysis methodology, and the format of the Report, are the exclusive property of Aura Photo Science and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Your Report: You may use the Aura Analysis Report you receive for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Report without our express written permission.

7. CRUCIAL DISCLAIMERS: For Informational Purposes Only

  • NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The services and the Aura Analysis Report provided by Aura Photo Science are for informational, educational, and spiritual purposes only. The Report is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in our Report.

  • NO GUARANTEES: We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information contained in the Report. The analysis is interpretive and subjective. Your life and health decisions are your own responsibility.

  • “AS IS” SERVICE: The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aura Photo Science or its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service or the Report. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (i.e., ₹100).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
