Please read this policy carefully before booking any service. By making a payment on auraphotoscience.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

 

1. Nature of Our Services

All Aura Photo Science services — including the Individual Aura Check-Up, Aura Life Guide – Master Package, Aura Career Guide, Health & Wellness Scanning, Prosperity & Abundance Scan, Relationship Energy Analysis, and Property & Space Energy Scanning (Online) — are personalised, digitally delivered services.

Each report is individually prepared by our certified practitioners using advanced analysis instruments, based on the photograph and details you submit. Because every report involves dedicated expert time and analysis specific to you, the conditions below apply.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Before Analysis Begins

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, provided our team has not yet started your analysis. In this case, you will receive a 100% full refund.

2.2 Cancellation After Analysis Has Started

Once our practitioners have begun analysing your photograph and preparing your report, the service is considered in progress. Cancellations at this stage are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid, reflecting the expert time already invested.

2.3 Cancellation After Report Delivery

Once your report has been delivered to your email or WhatsApp, the service is considered fully rendered. No cancellation is possible at this stage. However, you may still be eligible for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 4).

2.4 On-Site Visit Cancellations (Property & Space Energy Scanning – Personal Visit)

For the Personal Visit option (₹25,000):

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled visit: Full refund, minus any non-recoverable travel bookings already made.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled visit: 50% refund.
Cancellation on the day of the visit or failure to provide access to the property: No refund.
You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request will be considered valid in the following situations:

Non-delivery of report — If we fail to deliver your report within the committed timeline (and any communicated extension), you are entitled to a full refund.
Duplicate payment — If you are charged more than once for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded in full.
Incorrect service charged — If you were billed for a service different from the one you booked, the difference (or full amount, at your choice) will be refunded.
Cancellation within the permitted window — As described in Section 2.
Money-Back Guarantee claims — As described in Section 4.


4. Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in our process. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your report, you may claim a refund under the following conditions:

The refund request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your report.
You must share specific feedback explaining why the report did not meet your expectations. This helps us review your case fairly and improve our service.
Our team may offer a free re-analysis or a one-on-one consultation to address your concerns before processing the refund. If you remain dissatisfied after this, your refund will be processed.
The Money-Back Guarantee applies once per client. Repeated purchases followed by refund claims may be declined.


5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The photograph or details you submitted were blurry, outdated, edited/filtered, or did not follow our submission guidelines, and you declined to provide a corrected photo when requested.
Incorrect email address or WhatsApp number provided by you, resulting in delivery issues (we will redeliver to corrected details at no charge).
Dissatisfaction based on the report not matching personal expectations, beliefs, or predictions from other practitioners, where the service itself was delivered as described.
Refund requests raised after 7 days of report delivery.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (one free reschedule is permitted with 24 hours’ notice).
Optional add-on services (such as Remote Healing – Drugless Therapy) once the session has been conducted.
Change of mind after the report has been delivered.

Important: Our reports are energetic analyses intended for guidance and wellness purposes. They are not medical reports, and refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of comparison with medical diagnoses or outcomes.

 

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Raise your request via WhatsApp (+91 7506 7506 85) or email ([email protected]) with your full name, order/payment reference, registered email or WhatsApp number, and the reason for the request.
Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
Review — Our team will review your case and respond with a decision within 5–7 working days of acknowledgement.
Processing — Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval and credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
Bank timelines — Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 5–10 working days to reflect in your account. Aura Photo Science is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Payment gateway transaction charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

 

7. Rescheduling Consultations

Consultation sessions (included with most services) may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed consultations without notice will be treated as completed. A second consultation slot, if requested, may be chargeable.


8. Chargebacks

We request that you contact us first to resolve any payment or service concern before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks on services already delivered may result in suspension of future services.

 

9. Changes to This Policy

Aura Photo Science reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
