This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how services purchased from Aura Photo Science (auraphotoscience.com) are delivered to you. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By making a payment on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Nature of Our Services — 100% Digital Delivery
Aura Photo Science provides completely virtual and online counselling and aura analysis services. We do not sell or ship physical products as part of our standard services.
No physical shipping is involved. All our deliverables — including aura analysis reports, energy assessments, guidance documents, audio files, and consultations — are delivered electronically through:
- Email (to the email address you provide at the time of booking)
- WhatsApp (to the mobile number you provide at the time of booking)
- Video call / phone call (for consultation sessions, scheduled at a mutually convenient time)
Since there is no physical shipment, no shipping charges, courier fees, or delivery charges apply to any of our services.
2. What You Will Receive (Digital Deliverables)
Depending on the service you purchase, your digital delivery may include:
- Personalised Aura Analysis Report (PDF / digital document)
- Chakra, element, and energy assessment charts
- Recommendations, remedies, and action plans
- Diet, lifestyle, and wellness guidance documents
- Frequency-based music / affirmation / meditation audio files
- One-on-one consultation session (conducted online via video or phone call)
- Follow-up support as included in your chosen service
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines begin from the time we receive both (a) successful payment confirmation and (b) a clear, usable photograph along with all required details/questionnaire responses from you.

Notes:
- Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in India.
- Orders are processed in the sequence they are received after successful payment.
- During periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. If any delay is expected beyond the committed timeline, we will inform you proactively via email or WhatsApp.
- Consultation sessions (where included) are scheduled after report delivery, at a mutually convenient date and time.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your report is sent, you will receive it directly on your registered email and/or WhatsApp number. The service is considered successfully delivered when the report has been sent to the contact details provided by you at the time of booking.
If you do not receive your report within the committed timeline, please check your email Spam/Junk/Promotions folder first, and then contact us immediately (see Section 8).
5. Accuracy of Contact Details — Your Responsibility
Your report is delivered only to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide at the time of booking. Please double-check both before submitting your order.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by you, Aura Photo Science will not be held responsible for non-receipt.
If you notice an error in your contact details after booking, inform us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 7506 7506 85. We will redeliver your report to the corrected details at no extra charge.
6. Physical Items (Limited Exception)
Certain services — such as the Property & Space Energy Scanning — may include an optional Scientific Remedies Set of physical items, as recommended in your property report.
Where physical remedy items are applicable:
- Items are dispatched through a reputed courier/postal service to the shipping address provided by you.
- Estimated dispatch time: 7–10 working days from confirmation; delivery time thereafter depends on your location (typically 3–10 working days within India).
- Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.
- Tracking details (where available) will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
- Aura Photo Science is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- International shipping of remedy items, if requested, will be quoted separately and may be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient.
7. On-Site Visits (Property & Space Energy Scanning – Personal Visit)
For the Personal Visit option, our expert visits your property on a mutually scheduled date. This is a service appointment, not a shipment. Visit scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Non-Receipt of Digital Delivery
If you have not received your report within the committed timeline:
- Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions email folders and WhatsApp.
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7506 7506 85 or email [email protected] with your order/payment reference.
- We will verify and redeliver your report within 24–48 hours of your complaint.
- If we are unable to deliver your report despite correct contact details, you will be entitled to a full refund as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. International Clients
Our services are available worldwide, as everything is delivered online. International clients receive all deliverables digitally via email and WhatsApp, and consultations are conducted over video call. Time zones for consultations will be coordinated mutually. No shipping applies.
